Everyone deserves a seat.
Theatre for All is Impact Arts' commitment to making extraordinary live theatre more accessible to our entire community.
Through accessible performances, language access, sensory accommodations, and affordable ticket options, we work to remove barriers that can stand between audiences and the experience of live theatre.
THEATRE SHOULD BE FOR EVERYONE.
We believe access should be part of the experience, not an afterthought.
Theatre for All expands access to Impact Arts productions by addressing financial, physical, sensory, and language barriers. We continually work with artists, accessibility professionals, community partners, and audience members to create more ways for people to experience live performance in the way that works best for them.
ACCESSIBLE PERFORMANCES
ASL-INTERPRETED PERFORMANCES
Select performances feature professional American Sign Language interpretation for Deaf and hard-of-hearing audience members.
When purchasing tickets, look for performances designated ASL Interpreted.
AUDIO-DESCRIBED PERFORMANCES
Audio description provides live verbal descriptions of important visual elements of a production, including movement, costumes, scenery, and other action that may not be communicated through dialogue alone.
Description is delivered to patrons through individual headsets during designated performances.
SENSORY-FRIENDLY PERFORMANCES
Our sensory-friendly performances offer a more relaxed and welcoming theatre experience for audience members who may benefit from adjustments to the traditional performance environment.
Depending on the production, accommodations may include modifications to lighting and sound, a more flexible approach to audience movement and vocalization, and additional resources to help patrons prepare for their visit.
Everyone is welcome at a sensory-friendly performance.
SPANISH-INTERPRETED PERFORMANCES
Select performances offer live Spanish-language interpretation delivered through individual headsets, allowing Spanish-speaking audience members to experience the performance alongside family and friends.
Headsets are available at the theatre for designated performances.
AFFORDABLE ACCESS
The cost of a ticket shouldn't determine who gets to experience live theatre.
Impact Arts offers a variety of ways to make attending our productions more affordable, which may include:
Reduced-price preview performances
Student, educator, senior, and military discounts
Group discounts
Rush ticket opportunities
Special promotional offers
Free or reduced-price tickets through nonprofit and community partnerships
Available programs and discounts may vary by production.
If ticket cost is preventing you or your community from attending an Impact Arts performance, we encourage you to contact us.
